BASIC REQUIREMENTS

LOCATION:       NORTH INDIA

LAND:               On 30 meters wide road
                         Frontage of 36 meters
                         Depth of 30 meters

The land should be at least 100 meters away from any intersection or red light crossing. There should not be any high-tension wires above the said land, there should not be any pipeline underneath and there should not be any notice served by the government on the land.

The land can be self owned or leased.

FINANCIALS

Person should be willing to invest about 80 lacs, apart from the land; this investment would include Registration charge, Security deposit, working capital, service charges, C.L.U. charges etc.
The figure given above would vary from case to case basis, depending on variety of factors like the size and the location of the petrol pump. Also the figure given is just the indicative cost and the actual cost would be worked out once the land is short listed for the use of the petrol pump by the company.

TIME TAKEN

Once the land is short listed, after that the company would advise on the appx time in which the entire process can be completed.
