| Dharuhera - the affordable option ! |

Dharuhera is being viewed as the upcoming affordable satellite option in NCR. Gurgaon is reaching a saturation point in terms of residential, commercial and especially infrastructure. Given the distance Dharuhera is as yet affordable (under 50 lakhs). The advantages have not been lost on industrial houses either and the development in manufacturing sector are large scale - Hero Honda, SAB Miller amd Lumax being a few examples. Proximity to road links is another driving factor. Further the executives are amanable to the idea of working at Gurgaon and travelling from Dharuhera. The township is fast emerging as the viable affordable option.
