| Never mind the CWG imbroglio, in the long term Delhi is poised for a leap forward in Realty. Changes in FAR (Floor Area Ratio) for the master plan 2021 are poised to herald just that. With the increasing FAR most of the buildings can go upto four floors from existing. Property Owners facing the chances of demolition can now breathe easy and in fact market their wares aggresively. Certain special areas are likely to attract a special FAR to promote the growth of these sectors and corridors. Even certain unauthorised colonies are being covered. |
