Gurgaon to See Bright Future in Real Estate with New Link Expressway

With the arrival of whole new Dwarka-Gurgaon Link Expressway, Gurgaon is all set to see great change of its entire real estate phase in nearby regions for the good. Also called as NPR or Northern Peripheral Road, Dwarka Gurgaon Link Expressway has already become the most prominent factor of the town. From the total stretch of 18 km for Expressway, around 16 km has been bought and construction has been allotted. There is an issue with strip of 2 km where houses are located around the projected stretch, experts don’t believe that it will cause any issue after taking an informed decision by the government.

Like in the 1990s when the focus was exponentially turned from the roads allowing space for Maruti Udyog to the National Highway 8, another shift is projected to give shortly for the NPR. Since the NPR is about to provide a lot faster and convenient reach to airport, this will connect locals near 100m wide road which was pipelined to touch Delhi in new master plan near Dwarka Phase II. A metro corridor has also been planned running equivalent to road. Starting from Dwarka, the Expressway crosses New Palam Vihar, Bijwasan, Kherki Daula and connected to National Highway 8. Both Sector 113 and Sector 81 will enjoy benefits from this development.

A commercial belt will also be accessing sectors 113, 112, 111, 110A, 110, 106, 109, and 105 with Sector 101 and Sector 100 that are getting allotted for public usage. Sector 88 and Sector 114 are completely commercial. From the Expressway, other sectors which are residential and will enjoy the benefits from 95, 89-93 and 81-86. In these sectors, some of the major developers are Emaar MGF, Puri Constructions, Sobha Developers, BPTP, Uppal Housing, Raheja Developers, Bestech, Vatika and Mahindra Lifespaces. 

SARE India CEO, Vineet Relia has added that Sector 92 is about to see a boom because of the arrival of Expressway. For this place, other best thing is the proposal to allow developers on the sector roads. Sectors like 81, 82, 86, 85, 95, 93, 91, 92 are located around 3 km away from this stretch.
