Below are the given pricing details of the different typologies in project “Primanti”.

The Booking amount for all the appt is Rs.14 Lac.

The PLCs for 4BHK are as follows.

1^st to 10^th Floor – Rs.25 incremental. (E.g. Rs.250 PLC on 10^th Floor)

11^th to 20^th Floor – Rs.35 incremental (e.g. Rs.600 PLC on 20^th Floor)

21^st to 24^th Floor – Rs.50 incremental (e.g. Rs.800 PLC on 24^th Floor)

25^th to 28^th Floor – Rs.800 on any floor

For Executive apartments PLC is Rs.25 for 1^st floor and then subsequently incremental till 5^th floor.  There is only one appt on each floor.

For executive Floors the booking amount is Rs.30 Lac. There is no PLC for Executive Floors.
